The Cave is the club where Keira meets Cero, (the club name an allusion to Plato's parable of the cave. His description of reality applies to this story and if you've read it you'll understand why it's partially the source for the title of the Waking Shadows Trilogy). The set is an homage to the Beatles' Cavern. The Liverpool club where they came into their own and where Brian Epstein spotted them.
